    Me and my family were just here a few minutes ago with the intent of buying some baked goods and heading home to relax after a busy day, while there we chose our few baked goods including a few croissants. Once home we opened the box but when we picked the croissants up they were as hard as rocks and didn't have that "freshly made" feel that the bakery claims to have. We tore it open to find lots of mold on the inside and the croissant a greenish blackish color on the inside. We looked at some of the other items we got noticing that everything was a bit hard and stale, the brownie had a corner covered in a white powder that slid off with touch, yet we didn't buy anything that had powder on it and it was the only item that had this in the box. When we called we told them that the food had been stale and that there was a mystery powder on the brownies, we were greeted by a contradicting tone telling us that everything was made in that same day. As a bakery that has opened up not more than three weeks ago I would've though they would have better service and better quality food seeing as mold doesn't take "just one work day" to grow, spread, and cover a croissant. I own and manage a restaurant down in Miami, during the weekends I go and see how everything is, and I make sure that if I were to find even the slightest bit of mold, to close up for a day and clean, clean, clean until its sparkling, losing a customer especially when your a new eatery is not a good way to start off.
