  A Must Visit! Take an hour or an afternoon and walk around LaPorte Farms. So many sweet animals and birds (and a tortoise or two). Free admission for all but don't be cheap. Purchase a few bags of food ($1 each) and leave a donation on your way out.
  
  So clean and well maintained. I honestly don't know how the lovely owner does it.
  
  $5 pony rides and lots of special events. The staff is so friendly and easy to speak too.
  
  Very easy to find right off Roseland Rd (129th St).
  
  Go visit!
