  My husband had his last tattoo here. The owner is very knowledgeable about cleanliness. He does a lot of " Sailor Jerry" styled tattooing, give him a call. He's honest about his limitations as an artist. Hope this helps someone.

  Phil is a great artist and a great person. That second trait was one of the main reasons why I have started going to his shop more often than others because of his ability to create a friendly and joyful experience. Definitely doesn't deserve the 3.4 rating he currently has on Google, just because he doesn't answer the phone. Just travel people.
